The bill for the alleged stimulus package has received criticism lately because there were things added and there has not been enough time to read it all.
For example, John Boehner said this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvnwOjDjnH4
I say that it's all smoke and mirrors. The truth is that additions to the bill were merely bills that have already been introduced with other names on them. Therefore, those additions should have been read by our lazy elected officials months and in a few cases, years ago.
I breezed through it. It's not a difficult read. There are less than 100 pages of truly new text outside 900+ pages of the "other bills" that were added to it
Regardless, it's a junk bill. Who needs to read something like that when the immediate response should be, "Nay" 435 times and then another 100.
