With the collapse of the Republican Party, I have changed parties. And no – absolutely no – I am not a Democrat.
I found a party, which actually has a platform. This party actually acknowledges the name above all names. This party is truly pro-life. This party is truly against wasteful government spending and wants to decrease taxes in nearly every way possible.
I was stuck in my pride of being a Republican after being raised Democrat. The Republican Party helped run Ohio into the ground with names like Voinovich and Taft. And the Republican Party took a thumpin’ in 2006 because voters made it clear that they did not trust us. And I always say, “You are who you run with.” Problem is, I thought I could change them from the bottom. And Tuesday was a great example of how much more people do not trust the Republican Party. In the 10th congressional district, more than five times as many Democrats voted than Republicans. The voters made it clear that they wanted more death, more taxes, more government programs, and more lies. And Republicans especially, the few faithful people who voted in the Republican Primary either voted for a name or they voted for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The name had more votes.
I encourage everyone who voted for me to check out the new party, in which I am now involved. Anyone conservative enough to vote for Jason Werner, the man who is bold enough to say he is pro-life with no exceptions, the man who claims he has solutions for our messed up tax system, and the man who is bold enough to say he is discriminate with regard to family, in that he is against homosexuality, should feel relieved with the Constitution Party.
The Constitution Party was formed in 1992 actually under a different name, but later adopted this name with other states joining together. Many people are sick of the fake conservatives like John McCain. And locally, we’re sick of the phony conservatives like my former opponent Jim Trakas (he calls himself a “progressive conservative” though). We obviously do not support pro-murder Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama. And supporting John McCain is supporting a lie. At least Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are honest about their issues.
Although I am a registered Republican by Ohio Revised Code because I voted in the Republican Primary on Tuesday (I did not vote for a presidential candidate; I voted for me, and voted for judges), I am now active in the Constitution Party of Ohio and am working on a local affiliation.
There is no need to twist arms to lower taxes. There is no need to bribe anyone to knock some sense into people that we need to fix the serious problem of illegal immigration. Again, our party’s platform covers that. We are conservatives who believe in the intent of the Constitution and the principles of the Declaration of Independence.
I have always said I would make mistakes in my campaign and in public office. I think I made a mistake by leading people to the Republican Party. Why? Because the Constitution Party has been around since before I became a Republican. And I was even recruited by the Ohio Chairman last year, which Ohio affiliation was still brand new. But I never researched their platform. I was too prideful in thinking that the Republican Party was the party of victory. I led people to a party, which I can prove is racist, pro-death, pro-tax, and anti-family (in my discriminate way of looking at family). And I led people to a party, which no longer acknowledges God the way it previously did.
The Constitution Party does not only acknowledge God. In our Preamble, Jesus Christ is referred to as our Lord and Savior, the Creator, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe and of these United States. And He certainly is. He is the name above all names. Our rights do not merely come from any kind of gods as many people and parties will try to proclaim, but I proclaim and know the truth; our rights come from the One, Jesus Christ, who laid down His life for the whole world so that we could have eternal life. And of course, He rose from the dead. And that is true love.
Thus, we should honor Him. We should fear Him (even though He humbled Himself to death). And for crying out loud, we need to stop the killing of innocent babies, stop the ridiculous tax and spend polilcy of the Republicrats.
And if you did not vote for me on Tuesday, whether you are independent, Republican, Democrat, you are not allowed to vote, or you are merely too lazy to vote, please heed what I am saying. Dirty politicians do not need to push you around. If you want to join me in actually making a difference in our society and government, then consider the Constitution Party. Call me at home, on my cell phone, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
. Thank you for your time and may God, err, Jesus Christ bless you.
